FAQ
How long will the tasting portion last?

The tasting will last from 6:30pm to 7:45pm. At that point, all ballots must be turned in and awards begin at approximately 8pm.

What will the caterers need to bring in addition to the food/drinks?

We will provide basic tables (8ft for your display and 8ft working table for preparing), as well as basic linens for each participating caterer. You bring your props for your display, specialty linen, serving utensils and disposable dish ware for the guests, since they will be traveling from table to table sampling different dishes.

How much of a display area is being provided for each participant?

Space is limited. Your space is primarily your presentation table and the immediate area around the table. The presentation award will be for the presentation of the food table for the guests.

If I participate in the hors d’oeuvres category, how many different types of hors d’oeuvres should I prepare?

Just one. We want your signature hors d’oeuvres, with enough to serve 200 guests. You can choose to participate in as many categories as you are comfortable with.
